This privacy policy is applicable to the Petraapps for mobile devices, which was developed by Shivam Pandey (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".

Photo and Face Data Handling
The Application collects and processes photo and face data only when you explicitly upload an image or capture a photo for specific app features (e.g., AI analysis).
- Purpose: Photos are processed solely to provide specific app functionalities.
- Storage: Photos are processed by an AI tool and deleted immediately after analysis. No photo or face data is stored on servers or shared with third parties.
- Retention: Local history of results is tied to the app; uninstalling the app permanently deletes all related data.
Opt-out Rights
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes available on your device.
Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If discovered, such information is immediately deleted. Parents are encouraged to contact support@petraapps.com if they are aware of a child providing personal data.
Security
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. While we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.
